- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.

2. No-Shows
- If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental will be charged.
3. Cancellation by ebookingshub.com
- In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen issues, such as vehicle unavailability or maintenance.
- In such cases, we will provide a full refund and, wherever possible, assist in arranging an alternative vehicle.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Any additional fees charged by your bank or card provider are the customer’s responsibility.
