When you rent a vehicle through ebookingshub.com, you enter into a rental agreement with us. This agreement includes these Terms and any additional terms specific to your booking. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from ebookingshub.com, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (age requirements may vary by vehicle category).
- Possess a valid driver’s license recognized in the country of rental.
- Provide accurate personal and payment information.
3. Booking and Payment
- Rental bookings can be made online via ebookingshub.com.
- Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or pickup, depending on the chosen payment method.
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Additional security deposits may apply.
4. Vehicle Use
- Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Vehicles are for personal transportation only; commercial use, racing, or off-road use is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
- Smoking, illegal activities, or transporting hazardous materials in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
5. Insurance and Liability
- Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.
- Optional insurance coverage may be available to reduce your liability. Please check your booking confirmation for details.
- ebookingshub.com is not liable for personal injuries or damages arising from vehicle use.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.
- No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.
7. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
- Refueling charges may apply if the fuel tank is returned below the required level.
8. Modifications
- ebookingshub.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
